Rainbow Fund Mini-Grant Program The Chewelah Arts Guild is committed to promoting and supporting local Arts, Artists, Arts instruction, and Arts access to citizens in the greater Chewelah area. Rainbow Fund Mini-Grants are part of that commitment, providing financial support to arts instructors and their students in the form of lessons, materials, and other supports, as well as programs and events. To increase flexibility and access, the prior funding period deadlines are gone. Going forward, interested students, instructors and artists can apply anytime throughout the year until all the allocated funds for the year are distributed.
