   Marilyn Wilson has lived in Chewelah since 1991 and enjoys creating art and inspiring            others.
    She likes to spend her time with her animals at her animal sanctuary, Second Chance            Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (SCARS). She established SCARS in 2016 with help from her            brother and a couple friends. She says that, “The animals inspire me to be the best artist      I can be.”
    She enjoys learning new mediums and helping others to believe in themselves and what      they can produce using easy techniques. She enjoys teaching and has been giving classes      for about 3 years.
